WELCOME TO THE
Loveland Archaeological Society
Promoting the study of archaeology by its members as it pertains to Native American cultures in the American West.
Stone Age Fair
The Fair features displays of Indian artifacts from a large area of the U.S., including the states of Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and frequently from other states. Programs are presented each year by noted professional archaeologists and very knowledgeable amateurs.
The Stone Age Fair has a long and distinguished history.
His life and legacy, Patten had one foot planted firmly in the population of citizen scientists, avocational archaeologists, and hobby knappers.
Be part of a cultural and historical tradition that started in a one-room rural schoolhouse over 75 years ago and continues today.
There is more than one scholarship opportunity available through the Loveland Archaeological Society. Be sure to see what’s available.
